The Clapham has bolt on arms to make delivery easier. This is a good model to choose if access is difficult. In the sofabed variant, the 11cm deep spring interior mattress, supported by a wooden slatted base, is suitable for every night use. The large 3 seat sofabed offers the option of a 132cm or 140cm wide mattress. The frame is made from kiln dried beech from renewable sources, and all the joints are glued, screwed, and dowelled. So strong we guarantee it for 10 years. The back and scatter cushions are feather filled, while the seat is made from fire retardant foam. Beech feet. The distance from the back of the sofabed, to the foot of the bed when open is 224cm.
